03. Rawon Daging Ayam instructions
- Cuci bersih kemudian ungkep ayam dengan sedikit garam, tumbar, merica dan 1 siung bawang geprek Atau bisa pake bumbu racik ayam goreng pake sedikit saja kurleb 5menit.
- Tumis bumbu halus dg sedikit minyak.
- Masukkan smua bahan kecuali daun bawang dan seledri kedalam tumisan.
- Setelah harum, tuang ke rebusan ayam.
- Masukkan irisan daun bawang dan seledri, tambahkan bawang goreng.
- Unggu hingga mendidih dan ayam berubah warna menjadi kecoklatan.
- Siap disajikan dg bahan pelengkap.
