Ingredients of Opor Ayam
- You need 1 kg of ayam, tambah kan air jeruk nipis agar tidak amis.
- It's of Bumbu Halus.
- Prepare 12 butir of bawang merah.
- You need 12 butir of bawang putih.
- You need 10 butir of kemiri.
- It's 2 cm of jahe.
- You need 1 sdt of merica.
- You need 1 sdt of ketumbar.
- It's 1 cm of kunyit.
- You need of Bumbu lain.
- You need 4 batang of serai (geprek).
- It's 2 cm of lengkuas (geprek).
- Prepare 5 lembar of daun jeruk.
- Prepare 5 lembar of daun salam.
- You need of Santan.
- You need of Garam.
- Prepare of Gula.
- You need of Kaldu jamur.
Opor Ayam instructions
- Tumis semua bumbu jadi satu, biarkan hingga berubah warna (matang).
- Masukan ayam aduk2 hingga agak berubah warna (kurleb 10 menit), tambah kan air biarkan hingga matang.
- Tambahkan santan kental sambil diaduk perlahan, biarkan bbrp menit kemudian tambahkan garam, gula dan kaldu. Aduk perlahan agar santan tidak pecah, bila sudah matang siap disajikan, taburkan bawang goreng..
