Ingredients of Ragout Ayam
- It's 500 gram of kentang.
- Prepare 200 gram of wortel.
- You need 100 gram of daging ayam cincang/digiling.
- Prepare 2 siung of bawang putih.
- You need 2 batang of daun bawang.
- It's 1 batang of daun seledri.
- Prepare 1/2 sdt of merica bubuk.
- It's 3 SDM of tepung terigu.

Ragout Ayam step by step
- Kupas wortel dan kentang cuci bersih semua bahan, potong kotak wortel dan kentang,, cincang bawang putih dan potong2 daun bawang.
- Masukkan mentega tumis bawang putih hingga wangi kemudian masukkan daun bawang dan seledri.
- Masukkan ayam, kentang, wortel aduk2 lalu masukkan tepung terigu aduk2 beri kental manis dan air, masukkan garam, merica bubuk, kaldu bubuk, masak hingga mengental, ragout siap untuk di isi buat pastel, risol dll.
